In short
You don't need an account, phone number or e-mail to play. We use no cookies, ads or analytics trackers and we don't sell data. Everything we process, why and for how long is listed below.

What data is processed

The “Share” image
The result image is built by your browser. It is never sent to our server; you decide where to share it.
Where the server is
The game server is located in Russia (Saint Petersburg, hosting provider Beget). The data listed above is processed on this server, limited to the minimum technically needed to run the game. The only exception is chat translation: message text is processed by the MyMemory service in Italy (see the table). To find out what data about you is stored, or to have it deleted, write to the address in the “Data controller” section.
Legal basis
We process data because it is necessary to provide the game to you (room, chat, voice, rating) and in our legitimate interest in protecting players from abuse (limits, reports).
Your rights
You can ask what data about you we hold, have it corrected or deleted, including your leaderboard entry. Write to privacy@kurnazo.com with your in-game name. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
App permissions
Microphone — only for voice chat and only after you tap the microphone button. You can turn it off at any time.
Internet — the game is played online.
Third-party services
If you paste a YouTube link into the “Music” field yourself, the video loads through the official YouTube player and Google's terms apply. Chat translation uses the MyMemory service (see the table above). There are no other third-party services on the site.
Children
The game is recommended for ages 12+; children under 13 should play under parental supervision. Rooms have chat and voice with other players, so children should only play with people they know via a room code. We do not knowingly collect data about children; if you believe a child has left data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
